#AskTheExpert i have irregular periods after my delivery from next month of my delivery. twice in a month. is it normal

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and yes irregularity in periods are very normal after delivery and many times mothers do not get periods till the time they breastfeeding and please use any contraceptive to avoid any accidental pregnancy.
