Q.

#AskTheExpert I have got milk blister on my right breast. I tried pumping , massaging and hot compress as well. What can I do? It's really painful.

A. hello mom u should keep on doing all these things also the best solution is Saline solution. To remove the blockage, soak the nipples in a solution of salt and warm water. ... but this time consultation with your doctor is important at this stage u better consult with gynecologist once
