#asktheexpert I have gained 15 kgs during first 7 months of pregnancy.please advice it is normal or not.

A. good evening it is completely normal nothing to worry about but I would recommend you to try to control the weight gain by avoiding unnecessary junk food in your everyday diet

Q. #AskTheExpert hello my self harika ,during my first pregnancy I gained 17 kgs after delivery I lost only 5-6 kgs ,I tried a lot to lost my weight but i can't,after four years I will plan for second pregnancy , and I gained 15 kgs during my delivery I was 88 kgs ,now my baby Is 3 months old and I llost only 6 kgs my throid is in limit only , my weight before first preganancy is 57 kgs i can't belive my weight ,I tried different diet plans but no use, i can't carry this much of weight with two kids please suggest a solution
