#AskTheExpert I have done a C-section delivery.. Now my baby is 4 months old.. Now I am only taking care of my baby but for that itself I am suffering from leg ache and back pain ? is this normal ? how can I overcome this?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well you relax ok as tge child grows you will get tine ok. try yi cut on the junk abd wat mire of the fruits and tge vegetables as that's better
