Q.

#AskTheExpert I have breast engorgement, which is very painful. I feed mostly from left breast but still it’s not helping me & while pumping milk doesn’t extract from left side Please give sone medicine or solution for this

A. it is always better to take help from your lactation expert who will recommend you various methods for improvement. It is completely related to hormones and the sizugnal sent to the brain so it is very important to stay positively motivated.medicines are not of much help.if there is pain you can apply cold press locally and take Dolo tablet which is safe.
