Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi mam, hair fall can be caused by many different reasons like stress , hormonal changes , tight hair styles , excess usage of cosmetic , malnutrition etc so ,first , please take Healthy and nutritious diet. avoid taking stress. avoid tight hair styles. do oiling with pure coconut oil everyday. prepare paste of methidana and curd , apply it on your hair and leave it to dry then rinse it with Luke warm water. it will definitely help.
