A. Hi, for a thyroid patients the digestion metabolism will be slow. So you need to walk or do yoga for a good digestion. Take a healthy fibre and calcium rich food and always take lukewarm water after taking anything which helps in good digestion. Include buttermilk in your every day drink. Since you have completed six months you can start with slow walking and gradually start with yoga.Avoid wheat and Maida products. Once in awhile it should be okay. Take adequate liquid and keep yourself.
