#AskTheExpert I had spotting on 28 oct...is it a sign of pregnancy? Today i took a test but it came negative.

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. Spotting is not a sign of pregnancy and In fact it could mean you have hormonal disturbances and it is ideal that you consult your doctor once for a detailed evaluation

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom If you had spotting then u are not pregnant. Breastfeeding mothers periods are irregular. once u stop breastfeeding the periods will become normal and regular. Take care and all the best
