#AskTheExpert I had normal delivery but when ever I try to sit i have pain in my stitches

A. avoid crossing legs. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.
