#asktheexpert I had c-section delivery and post that I feel a lot of back pain specially at the bottom area of spinal cord and hip bon junction how to deal with it

A. back pain after delivery is mostly due to wrong sitting and standing positions while feeding or sleeping so try to sit always with back support and also while feeding have a proper back support daily oil massage for a few days is also very beneficial

A. hello dear it is very important that you should keep your posture correct do not carry anything heavy do not make extra use of stairs your setting posters should always be correct you can also make use of the abdominal belt if still there is not an Indifference then you can consult with your doctor for the supplement and go for the Physiotherapy as well
