#asktheexpert I had a c-section delivery and now m hipe is paining am facing problem to sleep, walk, stand. what can I do to ease my pain?

Take adequate rest
Do some stretching exercises
Take a course of vitamin D
Take calcium supplements
Drink 3-4 litres of water per day
It will take sometime
If no relief see a orthopedic
