#AskTheExpert i got delivered by c-section.i don't hav eany complications during my pregnancy and now..when can I start doing yoga and other exercises

A. hi mom u can start doing yoga after 6 months of c section under guidance of trainer to do proper exercises .. along with this strict diet control take protein rich diet

A. good morning I would recommend you to wait for another two or 3 months after that if you feel that you are comfortable you can definitely star doing yoga everyday in the morning start by doing light exercises
