#AskTheExpert I give my 45 days old baby 60 ml top feed twice a day and breastfeed rest of the times. should I increase the quantity of top feed now?

A. Hello mom if the baby is gaining weight gradually and is also taking the feed comfortably without been forced then their is no issue babies Monthly gain about 300 gm to 1 kg and then by the age of 4 to 6 months they almost triple their birth weight
