#AskTheExpert I don't have breast milk at all since delivery as I was on hormonal treatment for conception. and my baby is exclusively on formula milk. Still Hardly I am producing 2-3 teaspoons breast milk a day or even alternet day so is only this small quantity would be beneficial for my child? and can this too small quantity also be sufficient to pass antibodies and other benifits to my baby?

Yes u can feed as much milk is coming.
The more you feed the more milk production will be fine.
Have lactare tablets with warm milk twice a day to increase bm by consulting your gynecologist.
