#AskTheExpert I delivered a baby last 2 weeks back and i doesn't have milk in my breast and iam feeding powder milk for my baby. can you please suggest me the solution for this?

A. good morning I would recommend you to try to have Himalaya shatavari along with milk twice in a day for a few days to make sure that you have sufficient milk production for the child
