iam a breast feeding mother. my baby is now 5&1/2 month. please can you suggest me any home remedies for increasing breast milk because I feel iam not getting sufficient milk for my baby.

avoid stress.
n drink lots of fluids.

Hello dear parent, if your baby is urinating 8 to 10 times in the day then your baby is well fed and well hydrated and your milks supply is sufficient for your baby. Also a baby should be double his birth weight at 6th month of age. Now you can well calculate how your baby is gaining weight.
