#AskTheExpert i delivered a baby before 5 months.i m feed baby exclusively sice a month I have a server hair loss how to reduce it mam??since a month I took iron and calcium tab regularly as by my gynaecologist advice

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. You should eat a protein rich diet and start massaging your head with coconut oil mixed with dew drops of onion juice and add curry leaves to it and apply it twice or thrice a week

Be extra gentle with your hair while washing, brushing and styling.
Try to avoid tight hairstyles that put strain on your scalp and hair.
