#AskTheExpert I delivered 4 months back but now m having a lot of hair fall. what should I do?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. ok si. hair loss is very common during pregnancy and while breastfeeding also because of hormonal changes it will take quite some time for getting back the hair better to take supplements of iron calcium

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please apply coconut oil and olive oil to hair and massage gently and leave overnight. Use sulphate and paraben free hair shampoo to wash hair. Take vitamin e rich food.
