#asktheexpert i am unable to know that my child is hungry or not, as he is always ready to take feed. please guide.

A. Hello there, Ma’am, please do not worry about it too much. Please massage your breasts gently before feeding the baby. Also try to feed the baby for 20 to 30 minutes at one time. Try to keep a gap of two hours between each feed. Please massage, baby stomach clockwise, and anticlockwise, and do some cycling leg exercises of the baby. Massage baby with coconut oil and almond oil Thanks and take care
