still you can talk to some paediatrician for same ..

See If you are a feeding mother you cannot take over vaccination and if you take in the Covid vaccination then you cannot breastfeed the child that’s what the protocol say so since you have not mentioned it clearly whether you have already taken the vaccination or you are going to take off I have answered you according to both the situations
