#asktheexpert I am not gaining weight..currently I am in 6 months & only 5 kg weight I have gained during pregnancy

U Should talk to your gynaecologist about it maybe she can advise me something and also consult a nutritionist get a diet chart done for yourself so that you eat healthy and gain appropriate because a minimum weight of 10 KG should be there by the time or your term and a minimum 10 KG to 15 KG is considered healthy
