#AskTheExpert I am mother of 1 year baby. On feb 3 2021, I did abortion and my bleeding continued to have for 4 days. Now I am waiting for my period due this month. Pls suggest if this irregular of period is normal or should I again for my preganancy test. I do not want kid for next 2 years.

A. After an abortion it is unlikely that the cycles will be regular. It will take at least 3 to 4 months for your cycles to become a regular and if you feel that all the contents of abortion didn’t come out then do a pregnancy testWrite Your Answer Here

A. I have taken pregnancy test after 15 days of abortion and it came negative. But now its been 45 days since my last period that i dint get my period till now. Suggest me some birth control techniques or methods please.
