Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 5 m old girl5 years agoA. hi please do the following things: take healthy and well blanaced diet keep your body well hydrated avoid drinking RO water take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day apply coconut oil daily on your hair wash your hair with mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder or prepare paste of methidana (soaked in water overnight)with curd , apply it on your hair and leave it to dry then rinse with Luke warm water. stay stress free
