Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl4 years agoA. hi you should start taking necessary supplements which are prescribed by your gynecologist. along with that prefer nutritious diet . take green leafy vegetables,fresh fruits more drink plenty of fluids. do head Massage atleast once in a day. use coconut or amala oil for this. wash your hair with mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder. stay stress free.
