#asktheexpert i am a breastfeeding mother of 18 months old. not had my periods since February 2020. Is it ok?

A. Hai good morning !! Generally Post delivery periods start by 5-8 months few of them get delayed by 12+ months. But 18 months is not normal ,must be concerned consult your Gynaecologist . Go for Haemoglobin test and include iron foods in diet. Fruits and vegetables (carrot, beetroot, tomato, Papaya, pomegranate,dates, raisins, almonds, walnuts, figs,egg,meat(liver), fish.
