Yes you can take it is totally safe. And now your baby is 14 months old and baby is taking enough meals also so your baby is not totally depends on mother’s milk. Now you baby is more than one year old so there are no food restrictions now so you should try to give daily routine food to your baby and baby should take at least four meals in a day
