Yes u can loose weight while breastfeeding too and also u can follow a healthy eating pattern while breastfeeding make sure u don’t deprive yourself from nutrition to loose weight
Have small and frequent meals
Include protein with every meal like dal, paneer, steamed sprouts, beans , soya, oats, curd, peanuts dry fruits, quinoa, milk in the diet
Include vegetables and fruits in the diet infect increase the intake
Reduce extra ghee, sugar, fried food, suGry drinks and sweet intake in the diet
Water 3-4 litre everyday

basically you may start with restricting your sugar and sweet intake
start with honey and lemon water empty stomach or jeera water empty stomach
start with brisk walking or yoga or low intense exercise
