Hairfall and change in texture are common post pregnancy due to hormonal changes in the body. To reduce it, include protein and vitamin rich foods in your diet and keep yourself well hydrated with fluids. Massage scalp once a week with a mild oil like coconut, olive or almond oil and wash with sulphate free shampoo. Do not use heat and chemical treatments and do not comb wet hair. Applying onion juice once a week will help too.
