#AskTheExpert I am 35 years old, with a history of PCOS. I just had a baby 3 months ago. 1. I don't want to use hormonal birth control or IUD and my husband doesn't want to use condoms. is there any other safe method of birth control that I can use? 2. I am twenty kgs heavier after delivery. I am not able to breast feed. what can I do to loose weight safely
