#asktheexpert I am 26 week pregnant the cervix length is 3.3 , is it may reduce or not reduce when I make walking??

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician11 months agoA. Walking will not reduce cervix length bit follow the precautions given your gynaecologist about it rahe good care avoid over exertion and take good rest and eat a nutritious diet

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl11 months agoA. May reduce may not reduce we really cannot be sure about it but you should just get it checked from time to time for your doctor if you see it is reducing then they may be doing a cervical stitch which is what is going to be quite beneficial for you
