#asktheexpert i am 22 weeks pregnant...i always feel bloated bcz of it I can't eat according to my hunger ....plz advice me about this

A. dear some women face this issue have fresh home cooked food small frequent 5-6 meals instead of big 3 meals do not skip breakfast common food that may aggravate gas like raddish cauliflower broccoli whole beans pulses like Rajma chana should be consumed in divided portion and preferably daytime avoid high fat and oily food, processed junk, packet food good fluid intake curd intake is beneficial
