I'm 24 weeks pregnant and I feel bloated after eating which makes me feel uneasy . what should I do ?

A. hi mom it happens during pregnancy dont worry try to.have small frequent meals have curd rice soup.rice paneer parathas or rice dal rice khichdi

A. eat lighter meals at proper intervals. take some fruit or sandwich or nuts in between the meals. drink lots of water and other liquids like chaachh,lemonade,tender coconut water. coconut water will help in getting rid of indigestion. you can take gelusil or any other antacid after consulting the doctor
