#AskTheExpert i am 18 weeks pregnant and had an ultrasound. In report, my placenta is lying downwards and the baby has a breech position vertically. Please suggest if it is a serious issue.

Avoid intercourse
Avoid excessive physical activity
You will know in your next scan
Breech this early is very common
It rotates till 36 weeks
