You can sleep straight now but once you complete 24 weeks of pregnancy don’t sleep for more than 10 minutes in a straight position as it might lower your blood pressure.
Ideal way is to sleep on sides but you can sleep straight too but not more than 10-15 minutes
Author of questionMom of a 3 yr 9 m old child4 years agoA. Thanks for your response. Have another query. When i lie down straight, my thighs gets cramped. And it makes a little difficult to move my position to the side ways. Is it normal for all to get thigh cramps or else any recommendations for me.
