#asktheexpert Hw to increase weight and immunity in 3 years old child.? because my son not taking food properly.

A. To increase weight, include fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado and 550-600 ml milk everyday. If baby eats less, try to mix variety of foods so that maximum nutrition can be given. For boosting immunity, feed Vitamin C rich fruits and vegetables like mausambi, orange, kiwi, pineapple, papaya, guava, broccoli, green leafy vegetables, carrots, tomatoes, Gooseberries, etc. Give fresh and home cooked meal and maintain personal hygiene.
