eat protein rich diet and stay hydrated for healthy skin
eat low calorie diet and reduce your sugar and fat intake

as you stop feeding the size will get reduce ..
you should always wear a fitted comfortable bra..
you may do some yoga... some asana..
as to firm breast size..
