#AskTheExpert How to wein off nipple shield? My lo is 6 weeks now. He is getting irritated, screeming & scratching and punching on my breast if I am offering without nipple shield. How to smoothly wein him off? I tried even in middle of feed.He licks the nipple instead of sucking if it's off shield.

A. it is normal for a baby to experience change and become irritable and cranky do not worry this is a phase and shall pass of you can also safely continue using nipple shield
