A. hi to loss weight is not that much bigger task ,just do the following things: start to do exercises or yoga regularly after 6 months of delivery. till that you can go for 15 minutes walk daily. don't use vehicle for short distance. take diet which can help in this like green leafy vegetables, fruits, sprouts,ragi more you can drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
