NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy1 Year agoA. hello if ur nipples are flat u can use nipple shoeld not a problem.. but if any problem then it is better to check with yoir doctor or switch to a bpa fre bottle like babyhug n u can express and feed the baby which should bebbetter and absolutely nothing to worry about
