Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. heat rashes on face you can use Himalaya prickly heat powder..
or nycil powder..
maintain hygiene..
you can use neem water to bath or use suthol liquid after bath ..
or apply cucumber juice.. with cotton ball.. then bath.
