The first start with the day time
In day time give her three to four meals
Give her probiotics more.
Water also can be given
Don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
You may give her the expressed milk initially
After that formula or Desi cow milk (a2 ) can he given with natural flavors
