A. well that needs efforts. try to eat in small amount only. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

A. Hi,Post pregnancy weight can only be reduced through exercises and healthy diet. Start exercising after consulting with your gynecologist. Intially start with simple exercises like yoga, jogging and then move to heavy one. Avoid fried, sugar and outside food completely. Take care and happy parenting.
