A. by walk and diet and make sure no thyroid. for this concern here now shall advise you to see a near by doctor for best assessment of the concern so that it s to know and hence the advise can be followed about the problem .

A. Hello dear parent! Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated healthy all through the day. Good luck and take care.
