#AskTheExpert How to make my kid eat alone?? He is 4 yrs old now... and I am still feeding every time... And also he eats only 3-4 mouths after that he is rejecting... tried many food and still doing the same ... He is interested only in eating Chocolates or ice cream that too he is very particular ...

try to have meals together to develop good eating habits
also start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Start your child off with finger foods and then give him lots of practice using a spoon. Small, plastic, non-breakable cups are good for children learning to use a cup. Mealtime mess can be stressful. Use a bib, or put a plastic dropsheet or newspaper under the highchair.
