If you are exclusively breastfeeding the child then have a healthy and nutritious diet
Include green leafy vegetables specially methi and Palak, green vegetables, fresh fruits, milk twice a day, paneer, oats, daliya, jeera, saunf, ajwain, til, methidana in your diet as they all help in milk production
Milk with daliya and jaggery , ajwain and saunf mix, dry fruits ladoo are good
Water 3litre per day

Hi When you are exclusively breastfeeding the child for initial six months the mother has to eat a lot of healthy food avoid all kind of junk food and you should have good amount of liquid to maintain hydration and make more milk into the body your child will automatically have everything healthy from you that
