keep offering different dishes with different taste and different ingredients.
make food presentation attractive
for example
offer fruits in different shapes like star heart smiles etc using shape cutter
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
tell stories which explain benefits of healthy eating habits.
