Include variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables.
Give milk products like curd, paneer.
Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Continue to breastfeed.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. The main thing is not to put too much pressure on yourself or your baby and try to just have fun exploring new flavours. Whether you feed your baby or let him feed himself, let him eat as much as he wants, at his own pace. Never force him to finish his plate if he's full. Introduce new weaning foods one at a time.
