#asktheexpert How to make baby eat food by herself, she is 32 month old , weight is still 10.5 and Height is 85.5.

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and if you want to start baby eating food at own then better to give baby finger food and variety of food. also cit fruits in small pieces and add some black salt and lemon and ask baby to eat with a fork. take care
