Simran NandaMom of a 12 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. start doing some workout like yoga and walking. have healthy and nutritional diet and avoid oily and junk food. drink lots of water specially lukeawrm water if you can. all this will help you. if you like you can take mamaearth apple cider vinegar. but it is not recommendable for pregnant women or breastfeeding mom. it is a natural product that helps in weight loss and builds immunity and also helps in digestion. my sister is taking it and find it helpful but she is also doing all of the above.
