eat a well balanced meal that includes whole grains , millets, dals and pulses, curd , seasonal fruits and vegetables ,eggs etc.
avoid processed and packaged foods
limit excess consumption of sugar and salt in your diet
have enough water intake
eat small and frequent meals avoid
do not skip meals or starve yourself.
can start with normal walking

See You actually cannot do anything as of now to lose your weight let your internal and external stitches he’ll which will take probably about eight months completely after that you go ahead with work out and I think if you want to but if you would do diet and all that it is going to affect your breast feeding anyway so workout is possible but after 8 to 9 months of delivery
